Lumoa Product News for April 2025Hey everyone! Lovely seeing you again, back with more exciting Lumoa updates! We have had a doozy of a month, with lots of features that we think will make Lumoa better for you. Let’s get started! Ask AI Filter RecognitionAsk AI can now tell you a list of all Filters its able to see! This will, in the vast majority of times, just be a list of all the background variables associated with your data. You can then use Ask AI to look at specific Filters, like trying to find issues specifically from a certain region. ![]() To get started with this feature, just Ask AI what your Filters are! Note that you can still apply filters normally through the Filters menu, and then use Ask AI, but the above change makes it so that you don’t have to leave Ask AI to get the same effect. Reverse Linear ScalesNormally in the platform, a higher number is considered Good and a lower number is considered Bad. However, we had some customers comment that in their region, a 1 on a 1-5 system is actually good. So thats what this change allows: ![]() When creating a collection, simply choose the new “Reverse Linear” option and low scores will be considered positive. Everything else about the collection (Imapcts, AI, Topics) functions the same. Read more about creating a collection in the knowledge base. API Updates for Conversational AnalyticsThe platform has the ability to analyze entire conversations such as the ones being handled by your support team. You can easily get analysis on why people are contacting you, what’s the root cause of their issue, was their issue solved, etc – all at scale and managed automatically. We even have an API specifically for managing conversations, and as of a few days ago you can now update conversations directly from the UI. This means you can change the background variables associated with a conversation (like Country or Team) without having to remove and readd the conversation.
