Lumoa Product News for January 2025Hey everyone! Lovely seeing you again, back with more exciting Lumoa updates! We have had a doozy of a month, with lots of features that we think will make Lumoa better for you. Let’s get started! Better translations and Topic logic is now available! You can now request to have our new Translation Engine and our new Topic Modeling AI. With these new systems turned on, we expect translations to be 5% to 40% more accurate (depending on language) and Topics to allocate feedback significantly more accurately!
The new AI’s are currently available upon request, while we slowly roll them out across the platform. In the future, they will be the default, but if you are interested in trying it out sooner, please let your CS manager know or contact [email protected] Changing how + buttons work in the UISometime in the next few weeks, we are going to be changing where certain buttons are placed in the UI. We currently have this design for a few pages: ![]() But after a few weeks, we are going to be normalizing all the buttons into a new format. This should make it easier to use, and these changes are a direct result of user feedback. Check it out below: ![]() These changes should affect the following processes:
These changes will soon be reflected in our knowledge base, around when the change goes live. If there are questions or concerns, please email [email protected]. IP WhitelistingIP Whitelisting allows you to create multiple IP Addresses, or even a range of IP addresses, that will be associated with your company. After turning this feature on, only those who are logging into the company from a whitelisted IP will be able to login successfully. This is an extra layer of security, especially for those companies who use a VPN. We can whitelist the VPN IP so that data can only be accessed if the employee does it from the VPN. Due to the network configurations required for this feature, it can only be turned on from Lumoa’s side. Please contact your CS manager or email [email protected] if you would like to get started with IP Whitelisting. Send background data through Netigate SurveysNetigate surveys can already be integrated with Lumoa using our API. Speak to your CS manager or email [email protected] if you want to get started with that. But now, we can send background data through the URL of the Netigate survey. This means that you no longer have to ask questions around background info, like “what region are you from” or “what gender are you”. Instead, this info can be automatically populated in the URL of the survey, and send to Lumoa for analysis, just like any other background variable. We have a knowledge base article that covers this information in more detail. Upcoming webinars
New guides in the Knowledge base to level up your Lumoa experienceWe made a few new guides to help get new users to Lumoa up and running, as well as to expand knowledge for veteran users. Note that you will need to be logged in to Lumoa in order to access certain guides:
