Lumoa Product News for March 2025

Hey everyone! Lovely seeing you again, back with more exciting Lumoa updates! We have had a doozy of a month, with lots of features that we think will make Lumoa better for you. Let’s get started!

Ask AI Visual Improvements

We wanted to make Ask AI a bit easier on the eyes, and faster to parse information that the AI provides. This change includes:

  • The AI response now having bold and bullet points/numbering

  • The Ask AI box having its colors and formatting changed

  • Create Task now being at the top of the Ask AI window

These changes don’t add any “new” functionality to the tool, but they do make it easier to use and understand. Let us know how you feel about these changes! Read more about Ask AI in our knowledge base.

Heatmap Graph type now respects Filters

Heatmap is a type of Custom Graph that we offer that can visualize multiple touchpoints or background variables at the same time. It will now update itself based on Filters that you select, and you can also click directly into a section of the heatmap to apply those Filters.

Filter to responses that don’t have a score

We recently made a change that allows Lumoa to handle data that does not contain a score, within a collection that does have a score. To give an example, you could now analyze NPS responses beside responses that dont have a score, but still feature open text.

Previously, there was no way to filter to those responses without a score, but now there is! Using the default “Score” filter will now display a new option for NA responses. Selecting this will filter to data without a score, allowing you to see associated Topics, Graphs, Ask AI, Summaries, and more:

We made a few new guides to help get new users to Lumoa up and running, as well as to expand knowledge for veteran users. Note that you will need to be logged in to Lumoa in order to access certain guides:

  • Create Cards – Updated article formatting

  • SSO – Added examples of how to integrate with Okta

  • Company Colors – Cleaned up some formatting issues
