Netigate Product News for May 2025

Hey there! Lovely seeing you again, back with more exciting Netigate updates! We have had a doozy of a month, with lots of features that we think will make Netigate better for you. Let’s get started!

New Look, Same News

We’ve updated the look and feel of the Product News to better align with our new product offering. Soon, Lumoa as a name and brand will be retired, but the platform you know and love won’t be going anywhere. In fact, we are going to be changing the platform quite a bit in the coming months to make sure everything uses the new visuals.

Nothing is needed from your end – this is just a heads up that while things might look different, we at Netigate are still committed to giving you the best service possible while helping you better understand the voice of your customers.

Two New Custom Graph Types for Enhanced Visual Analysis

Topic Sentiments per Filter (Bar Graphs)

What is it:
This new bar chart type breaks down customer sentiment by topic and filter. For example, if you select “Price” as a topic and “Country” as the filter, the chart will show you how many people from each country gave feedback about price—categorized by positive, neutral, or negative sentiment.

Why it matters:
This visualization makes it easy to pinpoint regional sentiment trends for specific topics. It helps you quickly answer questions like, “Which countries are more negative about our pricing?” or “Where is the most positive sentiment around support?”—enabling more targeted action and prioritization.

Percentage-Based Line Graphs

What is it:
This new visualization option enhances existing line graphs by allowing users to switch the Y-axis from raw response counts to percentages. Instead of just showing how many responses came from a segment (e.g., England) over time, you can now see what proportion those responses represent out of the total received during the same time period.

Why it matters:
This percentage view provides more contextual insight, especially useful when overall response volumes fluctuate. For instance, seeing that 500 responses came from England is useful—but knowing that they made up 35% of all responses that week helps you better understand regional engagement or focus areas.
