We have had a doozy of a month, with lots of features that we think will make Netigate better for you. Let’s get started! New Look, Same NewsWe’ve updated the look and feel of the Product News to better align with our new product offering. Soon, Lumoa as a name and brand will be retired, but the platform you know and love won’t be going anywhere. In fact, we are going to be changing the platform quite a bit in the coming months to make sure everything uses the new visuals. Nothing is needed from your end – this is just a heads up that while things might look different, we at Netigate are still committed to giving you the best service possible while helping you better understand the voice of your customers.
